Hi Libresio, I suggest u to but an ordinary Lan card instead of CND cards, because CNR cards are of semi-hardware only and use a lot of CPU resources for network c ommunication. The other reason is that until now, the AMR and CNR cards just exist as concepts or sa mples only in computer exhibitions, but not in com puter shops. Post Comments |

Libresio, CNR and AMR cards are used by OEMs, as far as I know, and are not available for the retail market.
But as georgeys points out, you're better off with a 'normal' network card. Post Comments |

Hi, You can get them but only in packs of 5, I have one running in my kid's CUSL2 an Intel Pro 100ve it does not use any more cpu cycles than either a Netgear FA311 or a Linksys LNE100tx as I have tested the differences a few months ago, but I would say get a decent PCI NIC as I paid $35.00 for the Intel CNR NIC and you can get the Linksys or Netgear for about $10.00 less without searching around for it, or pick up a 3Com for a little more......
