 Since you are used to it you may need something like this on the time and you'll still get to sip something warm at times when you crave it.  The antioxidants are great for your health.

 

 

Coffee effect last long

 

 

  The coffee effect stays for long hours in your body. A late afternoon cup of coffee, tea or cola can still Disturb your sleep. This poor sleep makes you difficult to get up on the time. If you cut down the coffee slowly every day it will make effect on your routine.  

 

 

Water, water

 

 

 Coffee intake causes larger quantity of urine and naturally your inner part will be dried by drinking lot of coffee but if you take water instead of coffee it will make better effect.
