Few Tricks to give importance for your tasks
It is a common tendency to put away our duties if we are tired or having any stress. And we postpone it for another day. And it lingers for long time. You can have stress often and you must expect it. You will not knowing from where it comes from but you can get aid from any where. It may be from your manager, your peers, and your partner. Someone with clearer sight or more experience may provide you with the insight and objectivity you were lacking. You can be relaxed with this. After all you should have the generosity and humility to approach anybody whom you want to approach. Sort out what is important task to be done. And learn to distinguish between it. Ask yourself what's important, and what's urgent. Take pressure off and make good prioritizing decisions by creating a list of questions to ask yourself when deciding what you should be doing and when to do them. It would be much better if note down your task on important basis. When we are tired or having some problem, we may not be able to come into normality. A tired, emotional brain is not best placed to make decisions. Good decisions are made by alert, objective minds, so make an effort to keep your energy levels up and your stress levels down. We need proper exercise and relaxation for our mind and body to energize ourselves. Have a nice time! |
